AECO is a Libyan Non-Profitable Charity Organization aims to carry out the following objectives:

• To provide support to clinics and hospitals which serve their patients free of charge or at minimum
  

• Cooperate in the promotion of good health and society development
  

• Arrange for workshops and activities to discuss and implement new strategies and action plans to improve health care and provide the necessary services
  

• Participate in training, research, and exchange programs aimed at increasing public awareness
  

• Provide medical practitioner as requested and training of Libyan medical practitioners
